Our Story

Why Real Estate?

We didn’t just stumble into real estate; we were raised in it. Growing up in West San Jose, real estate was the dinner table conversation. As third-generation Silicon Valley realtors, we’ve had a front-row seat to how this market has evolved, from orchard-lined streets to the global tech capital it is today. We learned early that great real estate isn’t about transactions. It’s about guidance, negotiation, timing, and protecting people’s biggest financial decisions.

But we also saw where the industry was lacking. The old ways of "put a sign in the yard and wait" weren't enough for the modern Silicon Valley seller.

Andy dove straight in, spending 14 years mastering the art of negotiation and becoming a Top 1% agent. Ben took a detour after a decade scaling finance teams for public and private tech companies, he realized that real estate clients were desperate for the same level of analytical rigor used in boardrooms.
